BASHAM LANDSCAPING, INC. will provide labor and materials for landscape installation work to include the following:

500 sq. ft. of sod

Steel edging for sod

Irrigation for lawn to include: clock, valve, backflow, PVC and sprinkler heads

1 – 15 gallon tree

Irrigation for trees to include poly and emitters.

PACKAGE A2 TOTAL: $1900.00

*This package does not include decorative rock.  You can purchase decorative rock to be installed for $75.00 per ton.

NOTE: You can choose trees from the list provided.  It is your responsibility to make sure these are approved in your CC&R’s and that you get any approval from your HOA’s Architectural Review Committee that is needed before any work begins.  We will not be responsible for any non approved work.  This package price is good thru 12/31/08.
