BASHAM LANDSCAPING will provide labor and materials for landscape installation work to include the following:

500 sq. ft. of sod

Steel edging for sod

Irrigation for lawn to include: clock, valve, backflow, PVC and sprinkler heads

1 – 15 gallon tree

Irrigation for trees to include poly and emitters.

PACKAGE A2 TOTAL: $1900.00

*This package does not include decorative rock.  You can purchase decorative rock to be installed for $75.00 per ton.

NOTE: You can choose trees from the list provided.  It is your responsibility to make sure these are approved in your CC&R’s and that you get any approval from your HOA’s Architectural Review Committee that is needed before any work begins.  We will not be responsible for any non approved work.
