LANDSCAPE PACKAGE C1

 BASHAM LANDSCAPING will provide labor and materials for landscape installation work to include the following:

Up to 10 tons of ½" decorative rock*

2 – 15 gallon trees

3 – 5 gallon plants

4 – 1 gallon plants

Irrigation for plants and trees to include: clock, valve, backflow, poly and emitters.

100 sq. ft. of concrete pavers**

Edging for concrete pavers***

PACKAGE C1 TOTAL: $2,900.00

*This package provides a maximum of 10 tons of ½" decorative rock.  Depending on the square footage of your yard you may require more rock to have the appropriate coverage.  Additional rock can be installed for $75.00 per ton.

**Additional concrete pavers may be purchased for $6.50 per sq. ft.

***Additional edging may be purchased for $6.50 per lin. ft.

NOTE: You can choose plants/trees from the list provided.  It is your responsibility to make sure these are approved in your CC&R’s and that you get any approval from your HOA’s Architectural Review Committee that is needed before any work begins.  We will not be responsible for any non approved work.
