         Effective 5/13/08

BASHAM LANDSCAPING, INC. will provide labor and materials for landscape installation work to include the following:

Up to 10 tons of ½" decorative rock*

2 – 15 gallon trees

5 – 5 gallon plants

5 – 1 gallon plants

Irrigation for plants and trees to include: clock, valve, backflow, poly and emitters.

150 sq. ft. of concrete pavers**

Edging for concrete pavers***

PACKAGE D1 TOTAL: $3,300.00

*This package provides a maximum of 10 tons of ½" decorative rock.  Depending on the square footage of your yard you may require more rock to have the appropriate coverage.  Additional rock can be installed for $75.00 per ton.

**Additional concrete pavers may be purchased for $6.50 per sq. ft.

***Additional edging may be purchased for $6.50 per linear ft.

NOTE: You can choose plants/trees from the list provided.  It is your responsibility to make sure these are approved in your CC&R’s and that you get any approval from your HOA’s Architectural Review Committee that is needed before any work begins.  We will not be responsible for any non approved work.  This package price is good thru 12/31/08.
