BASHAM LANDSCAPING, INC. will provide labor and materials for landscape installation work to include the following:

800 sq. ft. of sod

Steel edging for sod

Irrigation for lawn to include: clock, valve, backflow, PVC and sprinkler heads

Up to 10 Tons of ½" decorative rock*

2 – 15 gallon trees

8 – 5 gallon plants

5 – 1 gallon plants

Irrigation for trees and plants to include poly and emitters.

PACKAGE D2 TOTAL: $3,300.00

*This package provides a maximum of 10 tons of ½" decorative rock.  Depending on the size of your yard you may require more rock to have the appropriate coverage.  Additional rock can be installed for $75.00 per ton.

NOTE: You can choose plants/trees from the list provided.  It is your responsibility to make sure these are approved in your CC&R’s and that you get any approval from your HOA’s Architectural Review Committee that is needed before any work begins.  We will not be responsible for any non approved work.  This package price is good thru 12/31/08.
